Delegate Entitlement: |
A delegate badge allows a delegate to:
• Attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
• Participate at all Scientific Sessions of the Congress
• Congress Bag
• Admission to the Exhibition Hall
• Refreshments and Lunch |

| Accompanying Person Entitlement: |
An accompanying person badge allows an accompanying person to:
• Attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
• One Kuala Lumpur City Tour |

| Replacement of Delegate Badges and Accompanying Person Badges: |
Delegates are required to wear their badge at all times during the Congress in order to
gain attendance to scientific sessions, social functions and the exhibition. Delegates who
lose their badge must re-register using the confirmation letter. A service fee of USD20 will
be charged to replace the missing delegate badge. |

| Registration Cancellation Policy: |
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
Written cancellations received on or before 1st September 2007 will be refunded, less a
cancellation fee of 50%.
Written cancellations received after 1st September 2007 will not be refunded.
All refunds will be processed and paid after 30th December 2007. |

| Receipts and Certificates of Attendance: |
All requests for receipts must be accompanied by proof of the Congress Secretariat
confirmation.
Certificate of attendance will be given out to delegates during registration. |

| Liability: |
| The Organising Committee will not assume any responsibility for accidents, losses or damages, aswell as for delays or modifications in the programme. |
